Note; You may not need to bring all the equipment listed, as factors such as the grade of the climb and the length of the trip can affect your gear needs. Lower body

Sleeping gear
• 1 down or polar guard sleeping bag, comfortable to -15C to -30C
• 1 foam pad or therm-a-rest pad (full length recommended)

• 1 pair sunglasses for high altitude and snow
